POOR management, rude and inappropriate comments from executive Chef, HR constant turnover, no protection from HR for employees being mistreated

Great Residents Beautiful Apperance Great Bonuses from the residents

Cons

Pto is not paid out when you leave you either use it or lose it. No benefits nor pto for part time employees. Management and HR are horrible. They’re not friendly at all and they lie to cover for themselves. The morale at harbors edge is the worst I’ve ever seen in my working career.
