      Pros

      You meet some amazing patients and vendors. You have the opportunity to grow in any facet of the cannabis industry you wish

      Cons

      - If you refuse to sell the products Steve De Angelo's cronies vend, you are passively talked to. - Management has no idea how to run a compassionate dispensary, it is profit driven - The quality of the product has slowly tapered over time - Patient details are stored in a cloud-based (non super encrypted) system which could potentially be hacked - They act as if the market is not saturated with other options

      Pros

      + obviously no dug testing. + they do offer limited benefits after 90 days + the 40% discount on all products, baby!!!

      Cons

      - very hard to grow as it is a "family business" and they promote their own - management is not experienced, and poorly trained - much micro management, and without a purpose - ridiculous employee regulations, especially for a dispensary - they subjected their employees to be part of a reality television show, and put a lot of pressure on them to participate, or even agree to be filmed

      A trailblazer in the industry, Harborside Health Center is leading the way in showing the rest of the industry how to provide its services in a way that best serves the community.

      Cons

      Many long time employees become disgruntled, due to management being more concerned with customer service and external appearances than learning how to keep employees happy in the long run.
