      Due to the community being 45 years old I was able to experience older fixture, pipes, wood work, and much much more

      Dealing with No budget caused us to fall short in delivering quality service to our residents

      Team oriented environment that supports long-term success of the portfolio companies. No competing agendas and no interest in heroics...just solid process oriented methods done with a focus integrity, candor, working hard, and an appreciation for personal accountability.
