Pros

-Friendly staff but that's about it i'm afraid!

Cons

-Shambolic PMs with no client expectations set on projects, so all the emphasis is on the engineers, thus causing extreme stress. PMs just acting as relays between the clients and the engineers. Work load is nuts. Already late projects dumped on you with a total lack of respect for your personal time. Total disregard for new employees. I can go on, but i think you've got the message!

Pros

Great people, with whom strong relationships can be formed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there because of the team I worked with. Location was in the CBD which was good for me as well. It was a very close team.

Cons

Under-quoting to win a sale and then placing enormous pressure on delivery teams to deliver within budget, which is almost impossible. Then who gets the blame when the budget blows out? Not the sales team, that's for sure. This company is not a big fan of work-life balance and they were quite happy to burn through engineers and then throw them to the street when they were no longer needed. Pay was nowhere near sufficient for what the role demanded. And yet despite all this nonsense (or perhaps because of it), it hasn't really paid off and they have not really grown to be a big player in the MSP space.

Pros

Customer 1st and employee is last policy is a plus point here.

Cons

Work is ok ok types nothing new to learn. Senior Engineers are asked to work on alerts and L1 and L2 incidents. Senior management is not sure what needs to be done and not able to take decisions quickly. Some Managers are doing micro management, like pin pointing on time you start work or stop your work. Base Salary will be reduced with many variables in between and hence in-hand salary becomes less. Other Project Managers recommend to leave the company for betterment
