      Pros

      Learn a lot about the aerospace field. they were willing to teach an take there time to break things down.

      Cons

      Didnt pay good. Manger didn't know how to manage his employees. You stayed in the same room.

      Pros

      There was top down respect to each employee. The company was voted one of the best places in Ct to work. There is an annual award of $10,000 to the employee deemed MVP.

      Cons

      The company was privately owned until December 2011. Transdygm Corp bought the company out and promised no changes. In Jan 11, 2012 31 out of a work force of 150 were laid off without a chance of rehire.
