Pros
Some of the other people working at this small hotel chain are decent, as at any job. Being able to stay in a room for free on occasion is a bit of a perk.
Cons
Management treats employees terribly. Some locations are struggling financially and management directly blames their employees. Some locations are destined to fail. Bear this in mind when applying. You will be mistreated and underpaid here at best. My location had several people quit over the last year because of poor management.
