Business outlook
Pros
There is a good space for the career growth. Work culture here very promising and relaxing. There is an employee engagement programme which is very helpful for people like me to improve my soft skills as well as update my industry knowledge. There is no strict login / logout time, but under rated performers are not really appreciated there.
Cons
Sales team always face insufficient funding. Strict financial control is applied which is creating a lot of hip cups with in the org. Technical support team is sitting in a different location, so it is very difficult for a one-one meeting with the team lead. Sales teams are directed not to contact any developers in the tech team at any stands.
