Pros
Good lower level management and project teams. Alot of freedom to do your job without somebody standing over your shoulder.
Cons
The upper management can be misleading and keeps the lower levels in the dark so you can't plan your next career / family move. Promotions are very "who you know" based so if you join the company be prepared to see less qualifed associates move up before you. For the last 3 years there were no raises allowed in the company and there is no 401k match ups and these policies will not end soon.
