Pros
-Clean, organized and safe work environment. -Friendly, helpful and personable staff, both in office and in production. -Although overwhelming at times, the company puts forth immense effort into integrating new hires and teaching it's values simultaneously. -Effort is put in to find the best fit for every position, breeding cooperation and productivity. -Hard work is noticed and appreciated. -High standards regarding work ethic, safety and work attitude. -Fair pay and good benefits
Cons
Cons can vary department to department but for my case, the pros vastly outweigh the cons to the point of not even being worth mentioning. But if I had to choose; -Communication and colleague reliability/cooperation could be slightly improved.
