Not what it seems

Pros

Decent pay and good benefits if you are willing to be over monitored and willing to work 10-13 hr days. .

Cons

Cold management, poor work/life balance, not a great sense of caring about their employees. In sales, they track you by your cell phone and expect you to be in the field talking to customers "from 8am to 5pm and that's without the commute". That is a quote from their expectations guide in training. Seems like a neat company from the outside but not so much on the inside. Also, expenses only paid at 70% and then they use some kind of tricky math to take it back out of your regular paycheck. Still haven't figured that one out. Just be sure you know what you are getting into and be willing to be married to the company.

We'd like to clarify: employees' travel and meal expenses are fully reimbursed by the company when an employee is on company business. The reference here is to an old policy (not in effect for several years) that was part of our sales incentive program.

Leader in the space; Many opportunities for growth

Pros

Small company feel that has many growth opportunities. If you have the vision and ideas this is a perfect place to act on them. You are given complete autonomy to be responsible for your duties without the need for constant intervention by management.

Cons

As a result of multiple acquisitions there is a distinct personality between all the companies. Its to be expected and there hasn't been a corporate culture adopted between all of the companies which makes it complicated a bit. There isn't much of a fun element or corporate culture to promote team building outside of business hours.

Job is good, very poor management

Pros

Great benefits, good co workers, job can even be fun at times. For me it's an easy commute. Ok bonus every year.

Cons

The management team within the company itself is horrible! Management often times will bully employees, (I have seen this first hand) you're told it's an 8 hr. day but this is most often false, and if you can't work over you are made to feel very small. The employees are treated like mindless robots who are to be seen and not heard. Management will often times implement new changes without any regard for the ones who do the job every day. When concerns are raised, about something everyone (but management) knows won't work, you are basically told it's happening anyway, your wrong and we (management) know best 'cause we're in charge and your not. Even when the change causes one department to take 16 hrs. (two shifts) to do what used to take 8 hrs.! Then they will look you in the eye and tell this is better. This really happened! The turnover rate huge because of this and their excuse is "we're just weeding out bad employees!" This is one of the most corrupt unprofessional management team I have ever worked for. Won't be here much longer. This is sad because I have a lot to contribute and truly care about the customers and the quality of work. I'll close this portion with this, when you treat people like cattle, they'll act like cattle.
