I was selected dor senior software developer in last august month.They given offer of 10.5 LPA ,i joined on there client location after a month they give salary of 6.5LPA ,I was shock because previous company gave me 7.3LPA.Harjai told client having that much of budget only ,Thank god i got new job after a month with same package. Guys don't trust salary structure given by harjai.. Don't join harjai

CEO is very gentle and a nice guy by heart.

1. They will reduce the package later after the settlement/discussion stating that we have only this much of budget. 2. They will not give any Joining, relocation, appraisal, incentives 3. Their HR team are like road side vender wala 4. Worst salary system provided by syndicate bank 5. Totally irresponsible HR team 6. Higher Management are like poor helpless people

Worst ever third party payroll company, advice to avoid there sweet talks and best proposal.

Nothing is good in this third class third party payroll organization, they will tell you about how much old we are in this market ,but when it comes to deal with the client for their own employee they behave like coward and clear their own side.. and left their employee jobless.

Cons

Sweet talk till you resign from the current organization and once you resigned and get cancelled by their client , they said we can't do with this please get retained in your previous company.
