The kids are so kind and fun to be with! You can get healthcare within one month of being there if you are full-time.

Cons

too many restrictions, too high expectations, terrible pay, part-time is awful because its stricter with attendance, etc

Good amount of PTO. Lots of breaks (spring, summer, Thanksgiving, winter). Can be really fun and heartwarming working with kids.

Cons

Usually understaffed. Overworked and underpaid. Frequent program changes and strict with following rules.
