The owner and management will blame teachers when management is at fault Throws their teachers under the bus and lies to the parents when things happen. Puts teachers in impossible work conditions and then blames them and takes no accountability for what management could have done. Basically management never takes responsibility and they will throw you under the bus and fire you instead of helping you.
