The company consists of members of the Plymouth Brethren Community where there is a blatant divide in diversity and equality within positions, salary, and bonus system. Community individuals are often handed senior roles without any experience or even earned the position. Also not taking accountability for their jobs and willingly throw others down the food chain under the bus. Whereas those who are non-community who are the fortitude of the business do not have the same opportunities and perks and are often left to drown with lack of support due to unrealistic expectations – stress and mental health is a myth. Resulting in less recognition and reward therefore being questioned on their performance. 'Unlimited holiday' is advertised but is a complete con because if you use it, you're seen as not caring about your career, along with that is 'flexible working' promoting a healthy 'work-life balance' which is a farce also as you are looked down on if you work anything less than 50+ hour week. Should you raise any concerns then you will be ignored and gaslighted into believing that you are the problem or even worse-so you can be dismissed with hush money. The values seriously need to be reviewed in the company handbook as the poor culture and discrimination of the company is a toxic place to work and does not reflect the ‘people-focused’ company it thinks it is.
