      - moves fast - some really good people to learn from - good benefits - good compensation

      Cons

      - too much politics from leaders. Everyone trying to power grab and teams get caught in the cross fire. - depending on your team your life will be vastly different. I’ve worked with some teams that are the best in my career, and others that have made it hell, to the point of considering to leave everyday.
