Everything else. Hat ham make you feel like they own all of your time for the absolute joke of a salary they pay. You cannot leave a minute early for either lunch or at the end of the day. I have known colleagues that were expected to go to events for a weekend to represent the company and didn't get a day off or the time paid which was outrageous. They constantly send out stats to everyone to humiliate whoever is the lowest and bark at you for talking to colleagues saying you can only chat outside of working hours. I once was belittled for not coming back from lunch at 13:29 instead of 13:30. I was pulled up on coming back punctually instead of 30 seconds Early and this behaviour is encouraged by management. Also they don't pay outstanding commission when people leave. I lost around 3k which if you are on their abysmal base salary is a lot. Internal communications are almost cult like with the constant talk of how great harnham is. If you're thinking of joining do yourself a favour and listen to all the negative reviews here. Run.

I met a lot of great people at harnham (misery loves company) taught me how to keep a clean inbox and live with crippling anxiety.

Cons

I was taken in by Harnham as a fresh college grad... they filled my head with false hope and nonsense. They blame recruiters that aren't as successful as some on lack of motivation and an unwillingness to work hard. News flash. If a whole team is doing poorly maybe take a look at management. They say that they have a British management style that is "direct" but never mean. However, when people come crying out of meetings on a regular basis it is clear that that's not the case. You are either Micromanaged or neglected.... and special treatment is always given to favorites while the rest are left to fight for themselves and be overly criticized.

Slavery was outlawed in 1865 and brought back by Harnham. You only get paid enough to buy food. THE MANAGERS TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on Harnham – we’re a little confused though as there are a few inaccuracies in your review. Our San Francisco office hasn’t been open for that long, and every employee who has been there for over a year is still employed by Harnham, which brings into question the authenticity of this review. We’ve had a trend recently of strange and factually inaccurate reviews appearing on our Glassdoor. Whilst it’s nice to be popular, there appears to be either one person or a group of people who are interested in damaging the reputation of our business. If you actually did work for Harnham at any point we would be keen to understand why you feel so strongly about our business.
