      Pros

      The whole team is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Great culture where you’re trusted to take ownership. Collaborative environment with lots of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Not a con, but this is a fast paced environment. The positive in this is the team supports you from day 1 and you will adapt to this pace and find your own way to deliver results.

      Innovative product that could really change the database landscape for the better.

      Cons

      Complexity of the product is challenging. CEO is a narcissist and is in no position to lead. He will be the demise of this company.

      Pros

      In my almost 4 years at HarperDB, I've never once questioned the fact that leadership truly cares about their employees and stays true to company values. While the product speaks for itself, what has really kept me around is the passionate and intelligent team. It's an exciting time to be in this space and I have no doubt that HarperDB will continue to succeed in the coming months and years.

      Cons

      HarperDB is a tech startup... that means we have to wear a lot of hats, work hard, and be okay with things changing or moving quickly.
