- great team and working dynamics that are appreciative of work/life balance - great benefits - ability to be involved in a lot of projects

Cons

- room for progression can be limited - pay is poor in light of workload with rare chances to ask for (and receive) a raise.

Incredibly toxic management team makes life for junior employees unbearable. When I worked here multiple team members were signed off due to stress.
