Pros

The insurance benefits, retirement, made a few good friends.

Cons

Worked in office and event setting. Heavy equipment lifting, long hours on feet, high expectations and standards with little pay. Rules didn’t apply to all, just some staff. Favoritism and nepotism extremely frustrating. No opportunity for advancement. My boss was a power hungry monster who thought less and treated those working beneath her as servants.
