Harris Lord is all about team working, everyone has their individual targets but we are all working for the one goal and help one another to achieve this. A bit like an extended family where you support, engage and encourage!

Can't think of any apart from perhaps the fact that there are not always enough hours in the day to do everything!
The main reasons I work at Harris Lord are the team of people I work with. Not a day goes by without us having a giggle! We are a mixed bunch of people but all work together as a team. The culture that the Directors started 20 years ago is still one built on trust and loyalty and you're treated as an individual and part of the team not just an employee.
