Pros

This is a joke right?

Cons

No HR department, 5 days of vacation your first two years, treat you like children, just overall horrible/mean people in management who shouldn't be there. Seriously scum of the earth. Scold you for taking a sick day....seriously?! grow up.

Pros

I worked on the 8th floor which is mainly the "urban" publications. I worked in sales and loved my job. TONS of independence to go out and make things happen. No micro-managing like other places. You were trusted to deliver. If you didn't you were let go. It is what it is. Took great business trips (Vegas multiple times a year). Young, creative culture.

Cons

They were slow on the digital side of things

Pros

Depending on which title you work for, you have a certain level of independence.

Cons

Doesn't operate like a 21st-century media company.
