You're expected to work early till late as the standard. - Head of department is a bully. - Your concerns are not heard and dismissed as a "you" problem - Everyone below director/partner wants to leave - Dangle training contracts over trainees' heads so they put up with the terrible culture - High turnover HCR generally: - Very cheap socials and few benefits
