Toxic and Poorly Managed

Pros

The initial onboarding process is well-organized and welcoming. Some coworkers are friendly, helpful, and supportive. Provides opportunities to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Cons

While the company initially presents itself as a positive, family-oriented, and supportive workplace, this image quickly unravels. The actual culture is highly toxic, with entrenched cliques that foster exclusion and alienate employees. Upper management is overwhelmingly negative, offering little to no constructive feedback or recognition, while frequently engaging in public criticism. Leadership’s behavior is often petty and vindictive, which severely damages morale and trust across the organization. Career advancement and fair compensation are exceedingly difficult to obtain. Employees are forced to constantly prove themselves just to be considered for basic raises, creating a stressful and unsustainable work environment. The experience ultimately bears little resemblance to the positive expectations set during onboarding. It is also important to highlight that the company attempted to manipulate its public image by creating a new Glassdoor profile to bury the original, more accurate ratings. Employees were pressured to submit positive reviews to artificially inflate the company’s reputation. Furthermore, the workplace tolerates blatantly inappropriate language and behavior, including overtly discriminatory remarks toward women and people of color, all dismissed under the excuse of fostering a “laid-back” atmosphere.

Pros

The only reason i would suggest working here is if youre looking for a career pivot. They have a habit of hiring underqualified people - not to build potential, but to justify the low pay and foster a sense of false loyalty. If youre in a tough spot and can grit your teeth for 1-2 years just to use it as a stepping stone to something better, i get it, just know what youre signing up for.

Cons

The company culture left a lot to be desired. Particularly around respect, fairness and effective leadership. The expectations were unrealistic, constant pressure to be available around the clock without fair compensation or recognition. Hard work and commitment never translated into support, incentives, or growth opportunities. Leadership leaned HEAVILY on fear- based tactics and rigid, top-down management. Raised voices and public humiliation was common to where most meetings were more disciplinary then solution oriented or collaborative. If you arent accepted into the major clique they go out of their way to make sure you felt isolated amongst the team. It felt more like high school drama than a professional setting and made it harder to feel supported at work. Management is aware and feeds into it. Benefits were terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company unless there are major changes made within the executive team.
