Excellent medical benefits and retirement.

Cons

Very divided department. ...disorganized. Alot of good RT's....but many bullies that treat new people like crap. Drama and gossip is rampant and none of these things discouraged by management. many promises made and not honored. .....a terrible place to work.

Staff friendly, supportive, salary good, work hours favorable.

Cons

MIA CEO, facility chronically missing, not stocking supplies. The computer system is a disaster, every upgrade is notoriously labeled a downgrade, non functional everyday in some fashion. Fails to follow their own dogma they push on employees, CHI Fransican. HR is downright evil, backstabbing entity.

Family atmosphere, low turnover, better than average nurse to patient ratios.

Cons

People are allowed to remain in positions when they don't perform. Low performers are kept in busy environments and not held accountable for their poor performance.
