Pros
Great people to work with. Worked with a lot of people around my age range so we had a lot in common. Relaxing atmosphere, nice location, and some managers are very relatable and easy to talk to.
Cons
Upper management tries to encourage you share ideas but when you do they disregard it. Sometimes during meetings we talk about the same problem week after week.
