      Good products but C suite will sink the company

      Pros

      Growing company and portfolio of products, great dry eye product coming.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't know Pharma at all and won't listen to experienced employees. Hiring some good talented employees but not listening to them. Leadership is not accepting of feedback. Good lower-level commercial employees but the C suite is erratic changing strategy and tactics frequently. The old guard of compounding folks are struggling to learn and move into a pharma growth mindset. Pay isn't great, but lots of good talent here right now. Expectations are to be available evenings and weekends. Most tasks are urgent but not important....nearly everything presents as a fire drill. Work-life balance is the worst I've had in the Pharma world.

      Pros

      Extremely welcoming and promising by senior management team to paint nice rosy picture and caring environment. Impressive outlook to attract talent. Well prepared to demonstrate they care for their employees, customers and environment with words and website that is worth mentioning for the sake of those who like to read all the good things that are fake and meaningless. I was fooled by it but was impressed how well company's profile was presented to me that I found out was meaningless.

      Cons

      Too much politics and focus on business. If you want to do the rite things, you are in wrong place. Product quality is not what senior management claims it is. No controls on floor and lots of mistakes that are repeating simply because no one cares to hear the issue. Documentation has big flaws. Just produce and you will be fine but if you try to bring up the issue, good luck with trying to change it. Sweet mouth gets promoted and hard work goes to waste. Who you know is more important than what you know. Learn to do PR before you learn the job and you will be fine. Not enough focus on quality and too much focus on quantity ($). DO NOT speak up or else you get fired. HR is a joke.
