    I have been working at Harsco full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Plenty of hours and opportunities for overtime.

    Cons

    Overtime is almost always mandatory and we could be notified last minute. Sometimes we were required to work 14+ hours a day. We could get emergency calls at any time of the night. The team is very undermanned.
