      Good teams, but much of the management needs an ego adjustment

      Pros

      Great administrative support associates. Most team members are wonderful but there is always a bad apple.

      Cons

      Long hours, little appreciation. 75% of management has more ego than is really professional. It gets old. Morale declined across the board after they introduced a new CFO years ago and put too much of the corporate squeeze on the company. He’s out now. I hope it gets better.

      Favoritism is very obvious, people without good leadership skills on leadership positions. Camaraderie and team effort works well in technicians level.
