you never realize how bad a company is until you leave for a larger firm that provides you more support for your attorneys, with more pay, better benefits, employee trainings, staff retreats, fun fridays and much more. Would not recommend Hart King unless you want to work for an unorganized firm with no company culture.
They don’t hire when they need to. There are hardly any raises and a lot of big egos. If you need some experience, then this is the job for you. Get your experience and leave.
