Lots of hours in the winter Life skills (plumbing, electrical, mechanics) Consistent hours through breakup
Cons
Excessive amount of managers No room for growth Micromanaged by parent company Job is never secure They will over work you Benefits are minimum If you have a trade you still have to do the other jobs (empty garbage bins, rig out sewer, scaffolding) More concerned about their bottom line than their employees. More paperwork than any other company
