Pros
It's nice to help people but that's it. Benefits are ok but nothing to drool over. I honestly can't think of anything else and am just writing this to fill the 20 word minimum, sad.
Cons
Where to start! Lack of communication, money hungry organization, understaffing, micromanaging, illegal to the core and so much more. This is a cooperation that is set around making money off people who have insurance, it's the bottom of the barrel when it comes to mental health, patients see their doctors maybe once a week, therapist maybe once a month if that and are ignored by social workers for the most part. The hospital will keep people past the time they need to be here just to milk the insurance and release people who need help early because thief insurance ran dry. If you get hurt don't expect to get a few days off or even that day off, you will be seen by the top of the line professionals at Hartgrove (that's sarcasm) and told you'll be fine. It will be you and one other staff to control about 15-20 patients with mental illnesses and if you need back up expect to wait awhile due to the fact that the staffing of the hospital is super short. Honestly it's so short that the patients could start a riot and take over the hospital in less than 5 min if 10-15 of them were all in it. Honestly if you work here don't expect to find employment elsewhere, no other hospital will take you seriously and probably won't hire you.
