Supportive Management Team. Excellent support and team working across all functions. Good pay and benefits. Positive and driven senior management team, who have a clear focus on the journey and goals. Fun working environment, all colleagues are friendly and helpful. The company is growing.

Cons

Lack of processes but these are being worked on and have seen continual improvement since I joined.

No career progression. Managers keep saying that will be changes nothing happened, they just attending meetings which seems like waist of time, no changes for a long time and just empty promises. Horrible attitude to the clients and very bad work culture. Most of colleagues are unfriendly. The worst sick pay and holiday policy. No controls in place, systems do not work properly. Not possible to do your job properly and effectively, always stress as system missing information. Constantly short of stuff because people massively leaving. It seems like no changes or conclusions in place. No motivation, managers really don't care about it, HR also don't do any changes or actions to keep experienced people.

Under staffed, doing 2+ peoples work without extra money. People who work hard don’t get recognised. Wouldn’t recommend
