Very friendly and dynamic office environment where it is possible to work with great and collaborative people. Generous education allowance and Enjoyable Social Events.

Cons

In the last three year due to the lack of medium and long-term vision of the Highest Management the company missed the opportunity to penetrate the market through differentiation and offering of new products following the trend of the major competitors. Total lack of consideration of the proposals of regional managers based on thorough market analysis and endorsed by the major global channel partners. Incapacity to innovate.

Some people very nice, sweets in the kitchen, X-mass box perks etc.

Cons

Not for someone that wish to grow, for those active and smart only way up is a way out.
