      Pros

      Entertainment industry people are awesome! Hard work and getting things done are values shared by the people I worked with. Hartmann is EXCELLENT at what they do and it shows in their product.

      Cons

      Wild west style management Road blocks in lower management lead to inefficient business process and good input from people who actually perform the tasks are not reaching upper management and credit is misplaced when they do. Every email is read for ~20 seconds before forwarding to another person to take care of. Nobody is a mind reader.

      Fun place to gain experience

      Pros

      I worked in the smaller Atlanta office where your co-workers are like family. It was a fun and creative environment. We would often go out to lunch together or go out for patio drinks on a nice Friday after work. You would work some long hours before and during the events but there was usually time to breath in-between them. You get to travel to the events that you help produce and see the inner workings of great live events and attend awesome concerts.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for growth with-in and management can be disorganized as it is a smaller company. They like to hire freelance workers instead of hiring full time employees.
