Pros
The program works if you work with the program. If you give it your best it will work out for you. I enjoy our weekly meetings downtown Washington,D.C., and the incentives we receive for work we accomplish. I love the management staff and the push they give during the week.
Cons
I would like to be able to grow more in the company. Its very hard to see myself working for management one day and parking my car out front with the big shots. I wish their were more departments within our company.
