Pros
All the pros that were there when I started have vanished. They reduced holidays by one day a year every year, brought in a pay scale system that essentially froze everyone's pay, chance for advancement is zero unless your in the Ex-Midmark buddy program. No Pros at this company.
Cons
I worked in an area that collaborated between production and engineering/management for numerous years. I left on good terms and according to HR policy, no vindictive angle here just the truth. The company had issues when I started but has gotten MUCH worse with new leadership. Workplace culture is toxic and leadership roles are filled by friends and family of current management with literally no experience. Management has no real world experience or solutions and hide themselves away all day in catered "meetings" that produce nothing. Office workers and production workers work in 2 different worlds and never interact. All the good experienced workers have retired or walked off the job, everything is being outsourced and the quality of the product is now embarrassing. The turnover rate has become appalling, they cant keep good people the way they are operating. Workers with 20-30yrs time have walked out. They took a $10M Covid Payroll handout from Govt(publicly avail info) and then cut wages and "saved" the money for other uses they said. If you need a job, it will work, if you want a career at a good company run for the hills! Very sad to see this place spiral downwards like it is.
