Used to be the best place to work, but went downhill. No pros left.
Cons
The company pays about 15% less than the market pay rate. Small engineering section is responsible for too many active projects. The company is not doing well; there are too many debts, and upper-level management turnover is huge.
Great benefit. Tremendous opportunity for rebuilding the whole company from scratch. A lot of people are very nice to work with.
Cons
Inexperienced leadership; misuse of talents; male leaders dominant. Leaders define themselves "smart people" not "leaders". Products are old and disorganized; no real new products; no innovation at all. Not a good place for hard working people, who really want to make the impact and want to shine. Cannot create momentum because it get killed by leaders who define themselves smart people.
