      Harvest Group has incredible people, from the top down, it is filled with servant leaders who truly live out their values. There is huge opportunity for ownership and growth with a very collaborative team.

      As a rapidly growing business, structures are changing often requiring someone who is adaptable.

      Pros

      Everyone is really nice and collaborative. The company truly cares for their employees, in their actions (not just saying they care). It is an amazing company to work for, and people treat each other with respect. Employees are treated like adults and allowed to manage their workload and flex hours where needed.

      Cons

      As wonderful as Harvest is, the agency aspect means that varying personalities of clients are still a factor that can’t be controlled.
