Big office floor (ideal for your wedding reception, because it’s that empty). Best place to work (if you wish to kill your love and passion for advertising). Ideal for you (if you don’t have a life).

Cons

Not a creative first agency CS calls the shots Fake urgencies No team spirit, everyone is just trying to save their jobs. Mediocre work No work life balance No spine to stand up for ideas Insecure, manipulative, and immature people Toxic work culture Impulsive processes. New rules are made after pillowtalks. You can call it a Lala company for sure. Run by husband and wife who will terminate anyone who refuse to suck up to them.
