Pros
It's very close to my house and the patients are great. Everyone as a person in the office is great and they are willing to work with you on days you need to take off.
Cons
No vacation days, no sick days, any time that you need to take off you are unpaid for. Also, make sure you get anything written down in writing regarding insurance or vacation time because now that my 3 months is almost up all of a sudden things changed and I have to wait 6 months. Also I was told we would get 1 week vacation and that's not the case for the receptions the office is closed for a week but the front desk is not entitled to that.
