Salary reviews take place annually across the firm, with trainee reviews held every six months (in April and October) to align with their development milestones. We continually review our processes to ensure that experience and responsibility are recognised appropriately.

Trainee salaries are reviewed every six months (with the most recent review taking effect in April 2025, and the next reviews scheduled for October 2025). We place importance on providing flexibility and clear communication around expectations, ensuring our teams feel supported in balancing responsibilities.
