      We're really good at getting new realtors with promises of a better life.

      Cons

      CEO is focused on other ventures. Some issues with too close relationships with women, some inappropriate.

      Pros

      Worked here out of college and I was taken in like family. It has been an amazing experience and a place that truly wants everyone to succeed and grow.

      Cons

      It is sales and it is fast-paced. If you cannot handle that Real Estate may not be the job for you. I will say sometimes the office is a ghost town because everyone is out showing houses.
