      -As a graduate, there were a lot of other graduates to chat to and learn from -Lots of social activities

      Cons

      -When there isn't much work, little guidance or training is provided, meaning a lot of time felt wasted. -It is your responsibility, as a graduate, to reach out to experienced engineers to ask for work.
