Incredible support, opportunities for growth, independence in role, and amazing culture!!

Cons

Small company means more responsibility for each individual, resulting in everyone needing to wear multiple hats. Not a good fit for those who want a cut-and-dry position somewhere.

Hatch is a great opportunity for career motivated individuals who value culture and accountability. I love work with Hatch because each day is a new day full of opportunities and people to connect with. Hatch also provides so many great benefits and opportunities unlike many other employers. The culture and dynamic is fun, expressive, and supportive! I would definitely recommend!

Cons

This role is not for a super passive person. If you do not have internal motivators, this type of work can be very tough.
