Training - the bi-weekly “training” could definitely be revamped. I would like to see more House specific trainings. All the training is definitely important but some areas should be focused on harder.
Coworkers - a lot are college students who seems to just come for the paycheck, which can make your term at the company more unpleasant than it need be.
Upper management - their case loads are 15+ clients each. Which makes their time short and to the point when with staff. I would like to see them reach out more to STAFF not just house managers.
