This was a fast-paced job where everyone works as a team to get the jobs done. If you are not able to pull your own weight (or at least learn how to) you will not last long. If an issue or a problem arises, everyone pitches in to help get the issue fixed as quickly as possible. The employees of the company really made getting up in the morning worth it every day.
