The people in this company are fantastic. Very welcoming and encouraging, and should you show the interest and desire, management will give you more opportunities in the company.
Cons
As someone mentioned below, if you are a slow memorizer, learning your scripts is a lot of work, and it is a shame you don't get paid for that. To balance that out though, you do have paid learning opportunities when you're learning your script, and you will have to pass a "mock tour" with an experienced guide before you thrown into public tours.
