      Great leadership! Everyone works together as a team and supports one another! You are valued as an individual and encouraged to think outside of the box.

      As a start up things are always changing. If you are looking for consistency in your daily, this may not be the right fit for you.

      Small company making a big impact

      Pros

      Working at Haus as part of a small team has allowed me to branch out and try my hand many new things. The company is tight-knit and agile, all working together altruistically to make a big impact on people's day-to-day lives. Love the creativity and skills on display every day. Great benefits and work-life balance, too.

      I can't think of anything negative.
