Small firm so relatively close knit team.

Cons

The firm took lawyers from top firms on the promise of a better work life balance. Instead they expected long hours without the secretarial or admin support of a large firm, nor the salary, benefits and working environment. Some very unhappy people in senior positions did not create an inspiring environment.

Some very hard working and intelligent interns

Cons

Not a very commercial firm - spend too long naval gazing and discussing things internally and at length. Could be more practical and creative.
