      Pros

      Benefits, pay, coworkers, lots of other jobs in the area with better working conditions for same or similar pay.

      Cons

      Negative, condescending environment. Building I worked in is long overdue for upgrades and understaffed.

      Pros

      The only thing good about the job was the regular workers were cool and we all stuck together. Another good thing is they have free lunches roughly once a month, but the meetings before are boring and they say the same thing everytime.

      Cons

      The manager at the North facility is a joke, he knows absolutely nothing. The supervisor of the Acid Room at North is a joke. He will throw you under the bus and write you up for no reason if he doesnt like you, nobody in his work areas like him or respect him. The turnover rate since he started working is outrages they cant keep employees. HR is also a joke, they will not do anything if you complain to them about management or supervisors and have been known to fire employees who speak up.

      Strong ownership culture and a real commitment to customers. People care about the business and take pride in doing things the right way.

      Cons

      The company can be cautious with change and growth opportunities. At times, I’d like to see us move a little faster when good opportunities are in front of us.
